Meet Our Team
Dr. Natalie Stout
DVM
Dr. Stout grew up in Vinton, where they developed an early passion for animal care. In 2015, they began their veterinary journey by enrolling in the Veterinary Assistant program at Hawkeye Community College in Waterloo. Building on this foundation, Dr. Stout pursued a Bachelor’s in Animal Science at Iowa State University, where her love for veterinary medicine truly took shape.
During their studies, Dr. Stout was accepted into Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine, where they gained hands-on experience in large animal, small animal, and exotic medicine. This comprehensive training prepared them to provide exceptional care to a wide range of species.
At home, Dr. Stout cares for a diverse menagerie, including a terrier mix, five cats, and a red-eared slider turtle. Outside of veterinary practice, they enjoy exploring the natural beauty of Iowa, going on cave tours, and sharpening their skills at the billiards table.
